TAFTA, excited to introduce for the first time a brand new workshop, A Set Survival Guide with Nick Kozakis. Nick is an award winning director, who has worked with some of the biggest names in music and social media. He has worked his way up to feature films and is currently working on multiple different projects. Nick strives to make every production bigger then the last. In this 6 week course you will learn the ins and outs of the film industry. You will leave with the course being more comfortable on set and how to communicate and work closely with a director.

We're thrilled to bring back Andy McPhee’s Actors Bootcamp for a second time this year. With decades of experience in the industry, Andy has coached countless actors—including his son Kodi Smit-McPhee, a Golden Globe and AACTA winner for The Power of the Dog (2021), and Sydney Sweeney, who he guided through her work on Immaculate (2024). This six-week intensive course is designed to push you creatively and personally, helping you uncover your authentic self while developing strong on-camera skills, character work, and truthful, in-the-moment decision-making. With Andy’s hands-on, individualised coaching, expect to dig deep, challenge old habits, and grow as an artist—both in and outside of class.
